Terms and Conditions

Our terms are simple and not unnecessarily complicated. We don’t have any booby traps or misleading clauses hidden in overly complex wording.

1. Definitions

We create our products with passion and joy. The products are funky and simple, and from this perspective, these terms and conditions are drawn up.

2. Who we are and how to reach us

3. Applicability

These terms apply when you purchase something from us or have purchased something. We bring these terms to your attention when you make an online purchase or request a quote.

These terms outline what we do for you and what you can expect from us, at least the boring legal part. Hopefully, the rest of the website makes it clear that we deliver awesome products.

Our products

On our site, you can see what’s for sale and what we can make for you. Here, you’ll also find prices and see how and if you can exchange something. Just like frequent spelling mistakes, there might occasionally be a pricing error. You can hold us to it unless it's clearly a typo, and you could reasonably have known in advance.

5. The Agreement

  1. HTTPS and all that. We operate in a secure environment with the right certificates for the website.
  2. After ordering, we keep you informed about your order. You will receive emails with your invoice and track and trace information.
  3. You’ll receive an invoice via email, which you can also find in your account. Can’t find it, lost it, or just want to email us? We can always send it to you via email.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Not satisfied with your product? That’s unfortunate! Contact us to find a solution.
  2. No cure, no pay! We’re proud of the products we create every day. Luckily, this brings smiles to our customers’ faces. If the result isn’t to your liking, let us know, and we’ll refund your money! We assume we can resolve this reasonably together.

7. How we handle reflection periods

Our products are custom-made for you. From this perspective, it’s not possible to return products. Of course, we take full responsibility if the Cutcards don’t meet expectations for any reason.

8. How we handle returns

As mentioned, withdrawal is not possible. If the delivered cards don’t meet expectations (which we don’t anticipate), we will send you replacements.

9. Return shipping costs

We’re not a big internet giant like that blue bookstore or electronics store. We try to keep our prices sharp. To maintain this, return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

10. What cannot be returned

Those personalized products with your company name can’t be sold elsewhere. That’s why it’s not possible to return personalized items, unless, of course, they don’t meet expectations.

The price

  1. You can expect to always clearly know what you’re buying from us. During the ordering process, you’ll see exactly what the products cost. Other than shipping costs, there are no hidden surprises.
  2. All prices in the webshop are exclusive of VAT.

12. Promises and Warranty

  1. What you see is what you get! We make our products ourselves. Quality is of utmost importance. You can expect this from us, and you can call us out if it’s otherwise.
  2. You should receive a quality product from us. If this isn’t the case, we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

13. Delivery and Execution

  1. We aim to deliver orders within 2 business weeks. If you need the cards sooner, this is possible in consultation.
  2. Didn’t receive your package? Our fault! (Or PostNL’s.) But we’ll fix it for you!

14. Payment

  1. After ordering, you’ll receive an invoice and payment link from us.
  2. We assume orders on invoice will be paid within 14 days. If this doesn’t happen, you’ll receive two reminders. After that, we’ll send the invoice to our collection partner.

15. Complaints

  1. Let’s hope not! But if there’s a complaint, we’ll do our best to resolve it as well as possible.
  2. Let us know as soon as possible if there’s a complaint. Not via threatening letters or carrier pigeons, but give us a call or send an email.
  3. You can expect a response from us within 2 business days, usually sooner. We’ll do our best to handle the complaint as carefully as possible.

16. Product Photography

Sometimes we take photos of produced products and post them on our website and social media channels. This helps future customers get a better idea of the possibilities and executions. We won’t use photos of products with overly personal or recognizable features. If you object to us using a photo of your design/product online, let us know, and we’ll remove it.

17. And Finally
